Transformer Oil Sampling
Transformer oil condition directly reflects the health of the transformer. Dissolved gas analysis (DGA) and physical/chemical oil testing can detect developing faults, moisture ingress, and insulation degradation before they lead to failure. Invizions provides oil sampling using proper procedures and the Extend-O-Valve system for safe, NFPA 70E-compliant access.
Grounds Cleanup & Construction
Substation grounds maintenance includes weed control and prevention, stone and aggregate work, fence repair and construction, fence painting and general maintenance, concrete repair and construction, and complete substation construction from greenfield to energized facility.
Extend-O-Valve Installation
The Extend-O-Valve is a transformer valve extension system that allows oil sampling from outside the substation fence — eliminating the need to enter the energized substation for routine sampling operations. It is fire-rated, non-conductive, and rated to 11,000 PSI. Invizions provides Extend-O-Valve kits and professional installation services.
